Approval of share waiver.
Service documents:
1. A dated and signed letter by the company.
2. A duly dated and signed letter by the company requesting the approval of the waiver, attached thereto:
A. Letter dated and signed by the shareholder wishing to waiver their shares (the seller).
B. Letter dated and signed by the shareholder/other party wishing to purchase the shares (buyer)
3. * Identity verification documents of the contract parties.
- Requirements:
A duly certified copy of the contract of waiver and the accordingly updated shareholder register, reflecting the changes made after the approval decision by the Management Committee.
