Approval of the appointment of a compliance unit officer at the exchange institutions (companies and offices), as per one of the two decisions No. (153/M.C) Dated 24/1/2012 _ or Decisions No. (797/M.C) Dated 28/5/2012.

 

-        Service documents:

-        A Letter from the institution.

 

A letter from the institution stating the appointment of a compliance unit officer who meets the conditions and qualifications specified in the aforementioned decision/s, attached thereto:

1.     * A certified copy of the candidate’s academic qualifications (a university degree in one of the financial, economic, or legal fields)

2.     A statement from the institution confirming that the Compliance Unit Officer is dedicated to fulfilling the duties of this unit without holding any other functional or administrative position within the institution.

3.     * A statement listing the names of the employees who have been appointed to this unit and their current job titles within the company.

 

-        Requirements:

A Letter to the relevant institution stating the approval of the appointment.
